1. Services

We provide custom website development services including design, development, and related digital services. All services are provided on a project basis with specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • • Projects under $1,500: Full payment upfront
  • • Projects over $1,500: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
  • • All payments are due within 7 days of invoice
  • • Late payments may incur additional fees

3. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client responsiveness. Delays in client feedback or content provision may extend the timeline. We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines and will communicate any potential delays promptly.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of project delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the final website design and code. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • • Providing content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • • Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timeframes
  • • Obtaining necessary licenses for any provided materials
  • • Website hosting and domain registration (if applicable)

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make no warranties regarding website performance, search engine rankings, or business results.

8. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice. Completed work will be billed at our standard rates. Refunds for upfront payments will be calculated based on work completed minus a 25% administrative fee.

9. Support and Maintenance

We provide 30 days of free support after project completion for bug fixes and technical issues. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and new features are available at additional cost.
